HARA is a fully equipped Pilates studio featuring GRATZ ® apparatus.

Studio sessions, Pilates Mat and GYROKINESIS® group training are available for body conditioning, rehabilitation and general well being.

Our principal Pilates trainer is a fully certified Pilates method instructor and a member of the Pilates Alliance Australasia.
