Lauren Realph

Lauren Realph has been teaching Yoga since certifying in London in 2008. She has over 2000 hours of teaching experience both in Australia and abroad, spanning almost a decade. She is a senior level teacher with Yoga Australia and is currently completing post graduate studies in Yoga Therapy.
 

Lauren began her pilates education with Peak Pilates, completing her mat work certification in 2011. She has since completed pre and postnatal specific pilates mat and equipment studies with Tensegrity Training and most recently has completed the comprehensive Pilates Reformer instructors qualification with Pilates International.
 

Yoga & Pilates classes with Lauren are nourishing, authentic, warm and accessible. She teaches with an emphasis on alignment and individual attention. Her classes are designed to create space, strength and inner integrity, while learning to develop a compassionate and intuitive sense of individual boundaries. Classes with Lauren invite you to feel great, move well and improve your overall health & vitality!

 

 

Prenatal YOGA - With Lauren Realph
Yoga For Pregnancy Birth and Beyond
 
Suitable for pregnant women from their second trimester onwards. No prior Yoga experience required.

Yoga teacher Lauren Realph is fully accredited and experienced with specialised training in prenatal studies, a birth Doula and a besotted mum herself, Lauren is passionate about supporting and empowering women along this life changing journey into motherhood.

This holistic workshop is designed to nourish you physically, emotionally, and spiritually throughout this special time in your life.

Each class involves safe postures that strengthen and open the body to:
support you through pregnancy
prepare you for the physical demands of childbirth & mother hood and help with your postpartum recovery.

The workshop has a strong emphasis on :
pelvic floor awareness, core stability & postural awareness.
Practises that offer relief from various discomforts that may arise during pregnancy.
Breathing practises to assis you during labour and support your birthing journey.
