Kristy Cooper


Kristy began her training in Dance where she completed a BA in Dance at the University of Adelaide, and became involved in many dance projects over her 10 years in South Australia.
Having a scoliosis, she relied on movement therapists and body work therapists to keep her moving freely.
Kristy firstly trained as a Massage Therapist completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage, and continued her studies in Pilates in Brisbane, completing her Diploma of Pilates with PITC.
Kristy has been teaching Pilates and Massaging in Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga for the past 12 years, and is passionate about continuing to learn and grow in all aspects of movement and body work.

Hara Barre is developed by Suzanne McCarty, an ex professional Ballet dancer. Its an invigorating movement class that is inspired by dance, it incorporates 3 dimensional movement techniques from Dance, developmental movement patterns, yoga & pilates.

During this class you will experience flowing, undulating movement which requires full body strength, flexibility and control.
*The side effect is that you will get a cardiovascular workout and toned legs and butt and a huge smile on your face :)
