Private/Initial Consultation 1:1 Studio Sessions:

All new clients commencing studio sessions require a compulsory 1:1. Private sessions are a great option if you require the full attention of your instructor. Private sessions are particularly valuable when you are just beginning Pilates, recovering from injury or have specific needs.

Your session will be constantly tailored to meet your personal needs. You will use the various Pilates apparatus as well as the Mat.

.

Duo 2:1 & Trio 3:1

Before commencing with duo or trio studio sessions, there is a compulsory initial consultation/private 1:1 required. This allows me to assess you individually. The duo and trio sessions are done with a partner at a similar fitness level.

I would recommend you take at least 10 private sessions prior but this is not compulsory. If you are looking for a partner the studio can try and arrange one for you.

You will use the Pilates apparatus as well as the Mat. Duo and trio studio sessions are efficient and economical, allowing you to have individual attention while maintaining affordability.
