Her classes are designed to create space, strength and inner integrity, while learning to develop a compassionate and intuitive sense of individual boundaries. Lauren's classes weave philosophy, flow & devotion and place emphasis on living in truth from the heart.

In my early 20s I was introduced to yoga. At the time, the discomfort I experienced daily was not just the result of physical pain, but from being so disconnected in my mind as well. While I have always been aware of the deep connection between the mind and body, what I had not yet discovered at the time was the power that mindfulness could unleash.
I have since been on an incredible journey, one that has led me to practice, learn and now teach yoga and pilates. Through all my experiences and education, I know that yoga and pilates is the most sustainable form of exercise for the body, mind and soul. It has helped me to make better life choices, connect with the world around me, as well as myself and more importantly to grow healthy and strong in the process.
Trudy.
